Your kettle requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection.
The user manual also recommends that there are no unusual characters or symbols in your Wi-Fi network name or password, as these may cause connection issues.

Can I keep the water warm?
Yes. The Keep Warm function can keep water warm for up to 2 hours when using the following temperature settings:
