How to descale your Alexa Kettle
1. Choose a suitable descaling product
Use a proprietary descaling product suitable for stainless steel, glass or plastic.
Always check that the descaler is suitable for use with your kettle before using it.
2. Follow the descaler's instructions
Different descaling products can have different instructions, concentrations and treatment times.
Follow the instructions supplied with your chosen descaling product carefully.
Important: Don't use a different quantity or method unless instructed by the manufacturer of the descaling product.
3. Remove the limescale
