The Keep Warm function on your Morphy Richards Halo 1.5L Alexa Kettle helps maintain your chosen water temperature after heating, so it's ready when you need it.

Which temperatures support Keep Warm?
The Keep Warm function is available when your kettle is set to:
- 90°C – Coffee
- 85°C – Tea
- 80°C – Green Tea
- 60°C – Honey
- 40°C – Warm Water
When Keep Warm is active, the kettle will heat the water to your selected temperature and then keep the water warm for up to 2 hours.
Please note: Keep Warm is not available when boiling water to 100°C.
How the Keep Warm function works
1. Select your temperature
With the full control screen illuminated, touch the SET button to enter temperature setting mode.
Continue touching SET to cycle through the available temperatures:
100°C → 90°C → 85°C → 80°C → 60°C → 40°C
Select one of the supported Keep Warm temperatures:
90°C, 85°C, 80°C, 60°C or 40°C.
2. Let the kettle heat the water
When you select a temperature below 100°C, the Keep Warm indicator will flash and the kettle will begin heating the water.
The temperature display will increase as the water heats.
3. Wait for the selected temperature
Once the water reaches your selected temperature, the kettle will beep twice to let you know the heating cycle has finished.
4. The kettle will keep your water warm
With Keep Warm activated, the kettle will maintain the water temperature for up to 2 hours.
How to switch Keep Warm on or off
The Keep Warm function can be activated or deactivated through the Amazon Alexa app.
Open the Alexa app and go to your Morphy Richards Kettle device screen.
The kettle's main control screen includes an option to switch the Keep Warm function on or off.
This means you can turn Keep Warm off if you don't want the kettle to maintain the selected temperature after heating.
Does Keep Warm work at 100°C?
No. The Keep Warm function doesn't operate when the kettle is set to a full 100°C boil.
If you select 100°C, the kettle will boil the water, beep twice and switch off automatically once the water has boiled.
To use Keep Warm, select:
90°C, 85°C, 80°C, 60°C or 40°C.
Having trouble with the Keep Warm function?
If your Alexa Kettle isn't keeping the water warm, check the following.
Check your selected temperature
Keep Warm doesn't operate at 100°C.
Select 90°C, 85°C, 80°C, 60°C or 40°C if you want to use the Keep Warm function.
Check Keep Warm is switched on
Open your Morphy Richards Kettle in the Alexa app and check that the Keep Warm function is activated.
Check the kettle has power
Make sure the kettle is correctly positioned on its power base and connected to the mains supply.
Check how long Keep Warm has been running
The Keep Warm function operates for up to 2 hours after the water has reached the selected temperature.
