Returning your order with DPD is quick and easy using your QR code. There’s no need to print a label at home — simply visit a participating drop-off point and they’ll take care of it for you.
Follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed correctly and without delays.
What Is a DPD QR Code Return?
A DPD QR code allows you to return your parcel without printing a label. When you arrive at a participating DPD Pickup Shop, the staff will scan your QR code and print the returns label on your behalf.
This service is only available at DPD Pickup Shops and cannot be used at lockers or non-partner locations.
How to Return Your Parcel with DPD
To complete your return:
Find your nearest drop-off point using the 👉🏻 DPD Pickup Shop Finder.
Enter your postcode to find your nearest available drop-off location.
Bring your parcel securely packaged along with your QR code (on your phone or printed).
At the shop, a staff member will scan your QR code, print and attach the returns label, and book the parcel into the DPD network.
You will be given a receipt with your tracking number — keep this safe until your return is complete.
Following these steps ensures your return is accepted, labelled correctly, and fully trackable.
Important Information Before You Drop Off Your Parcel
QR codes must be presented at a DPD Pickup Shop — they will not work without being scanned in-store.
Do not attach your own label when using a QR code — the shop will generate the correct one for you.
Some locations listed on older labels may no longer accept DPD returns, so always use the official locator tool before travelling.
Tips for a Smooth Return
Check the DPD Pickup Shop Finder before leaving to confirm your chosen location is active.
Package your item securely to prevent damage in transit.
Ensure your QR code is clear and ready to scan.
Keep your receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed and refunded.
