Some customers have tried using the address printed on their returns label as a drop-off point, only to find that certain locations are no longer participating in the Collect+ service. Yodel provides us with these addresses when generating labels, but the most up-to-date information is always available online.
It’s also important to note that Collect+ labels cannot be used at lockers. They are valid only at in-store drop-off points.
How to Find the Nearest Approved Collect+ Drop-Off Point
To ensure your return is successful:
Click the Yodel Store Locator.
Enter your postcode to find the nearest approved drop-off points.
Take your parcel to the store and show the barcode from your returns label.
The store staff will scan your barcode, generate a new returns label, attach it to your parcel, and provide you with a receipt that includes a tracking number.
