The Flexi Freeze 1L Rechargeable Mini Air Cooler is a compact, personal air cooling device designed for desk, bedside, or close-range use. It is not intended to cool entire rooms or large spaces.

Important Usage Expectations
The Flexi Freeze Mini Air Cooler is a personal evaporative air cooler, meaning:
- It is designed for direct, close-range cooling
- It works best within arm’s length (desk/bedside use)
- It will not reduce the overall temperature of a room
- Cooling performance depends on ambient humidity and airflow conditions
👉 If used as a room air conditioner replacement, performance expectations may not be met, which can lead to dissatisfaction or unnecessary returns.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting
1. Unit Not Cooling / Weak Airflow
If the unit is running but cooling feels weak or warm:
- Ensure the water tank is filled to the correct level
- Check the submersible pump is correctly positioned and fully submerged
- Confirm the filter is correctly installed and not dry
- Allow a few minutes for the cooling effect to begin after activation
2. Pump Not Working / No Water Flow
If no water appears to be circulating:
- Ensure the submersible pump has been unlatched and is sitting correctly at the bottom of the water tank
- The pump must be fully submerged in water to operate correctly
- Check that the pipework is not kinked, twisted, or blocked
- Re-seat the tank and restart the unit

3. Water Not Reaching Filter
If the filter appears dry or cooling is inconsistent:
- Inspect internal pipework for bends or blockages
- Ensure the water tank is properly connected to the base unit
- Confirm the pump is running when the cooling mode is activated
4. Unit Not Turning On
If the unit does not power on:
- Check the unit is fully charged or connected to power
- Try a different USB charging source or cable
- Ensure the power button is held for the correct duration
- Inspect for any visible debris or moisture in charging port
5. Reduced Performance Over Time
Cooling performance may reduce if:
- Water level is low
- Filter is dry or dirty
- Ambient humidity is high (evaporative cooling is less effective)
- The unit is placed too far away from the user

- Position the unit within 1 metre of your body
- Use in a well-ventilated room
- Keep water tank topped up for continuous cooling
