If your espresso machine is flashing and beeping when powered on, this is usually an automatic descaling reminder — not a fault.
The reminder activates after approximately 500 uses and will continue until a full descale cycle is completed and reset.

If no coffee or water is flowing, check:
Water tank is full and correctly seated
Portafilter is locked firmly into place
Filter basket is clean

For best results when making cappuccinos or lattes:
Use cold fresh milk
Fill the jug one-third full
Purge the steam wand before use
Keep the tip just below the milk surface
Heat to approximately 65–70°C

💧 Machine Leaking Water
Check:
Water tank is correctly seated
Drip tray is not overfilled
Portafilter is securely locked
Steam dial is fully closed
Small amounts of water in the drip tray are normal due to pressure release.
If water is leaking from underneath the machine, please contact customer support with your model number.
🔌 Machine Not Powering On
If there are no lights or response:
Check the mains socket
Try a different socket
Ensure the power cable is securely connected
Confirm the On/Standby button is pressed
