Why isn’t my discount code working?
A. If your code isn’t applying at checkout, it may be due to one of the following:
- The order doesn’t meet the minimum spend requirement.
- The code has expired.
- The code is being applied to excluded items such as spares and accessories.
- The code has already been used.
Tips for entering discount codes:
- Copy and paste the code rather than typing it, to avoid mistakes.
- Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code, sometimes an extra space is recognised as a character.
