Does registration extend my warranty?
For most appliances purchased from other retailers from August 2023 onwards, the standard guarantee is two years from the original purchase date.
Register within 28 days of purchase and agree to join Morphy Rewards to qualify for three years of cover in total.
If you do not register, your standard two-year guarantee still applies. Registration is required for eligible extended cover, not to activate your standard guarantee.
Products with different warranty periods
The applicable warranty depends on your purchase date and the product’s advertised cover:
- Products purchased before August 2023 generally have a standard one-year guarantee. Registered warranty periods vary by product and can range from one to five years. Check the supplied instruction manual.
- Certain older-stock appliances were advertised with a four-year guarantee when registered.
- Certain housewares have a five-year warranty when registered.
- Certain pan sets have a 15-year warranty when registered.
We honour the applicable warranty advertised when the product was sold, provided its conditions have been met. For purchases from other retailers, eligible extended cover requires registration within 28 days.
Direct purchases from www.morphyrichards.co.uk automatically qualify for the applicable extended warranty, including a different advertised period where offered.

How does registration help with future support?
Registration gives our team a record of the product and purchase details you provide. This can help us check your registered warranty cover if you contact us about a problem.
Uploading proof of purchase during registration is optional, but recommended. Our team can check the uploaded document when assessing a future claim.
If you do not upload proof of purchase, keep it safely. You will need to provide it when making a claim for a product purchased from another retailer.
Registration does not guarantee approval of a claim. Our team will assess the reported issue against the applicable warranty terms.
What are the benefits of Morphy Rewards?
For eligible retailer purchases, you must agree to join Morphy Rewards during registration to qualify for extended warranty cover.
Morphy Rewards allows you to earn points towards money off future purchases. You can opt out of the programme at any time.

If you purchased directly from www.morphyrichards.co.uk, you do not need to complete these steps to receive your applicable extended warranty.

Can I register any Morphy Richards product?
Our registration arrangements apply to products supported by Consumer Brands Limited, the operator of morphyrichards.co.uk.
Some Morphy Richards products were supplied under another company’s licence, such as Argos or RKW Ltd. Those products have separate warranty and registration arrangements.
Check the manufacturer, importer or distributor information on your product’s rating label, packaging or supplied product information. The retailer you bought from does not, by itself, identify the warranty provider.
If another company is identified as the supplier under licence, contact that company or the original retailer for guidance.
