You can register your eligible Morphy Richards product online to qualify for an extended warranty.
If you purchased your product from another retailer, register within 28 days of purchase to qualify for extended warranty cover.
If you purchased directly from morphyrichards.co.uk, you don't need to register. Your product automatically qualifies for its applicable extended warranty because we hold a record of your purchase.
1. How Do I Register My Warranty?
To register your product, follow these steps:
- Visit the Morphy Richards Product Registration page.
- Enter your name, contact details and address.
- Enter your product code and serial number, where applicable.
- Select the retailer and enter your purchase date.
- Upload your proof of purchase, if available.
- Agree to join Morphy Rewards to qualify for the applicable extended warranty.
- Check your details and select Register My Warranty.
- Keep your registration confirmation for future reference.
Registration must be completed online within 28 days of purchase to qualify for eligible extended warranty cover.
Our Customer Support team can help with registration questions or technical problems, but registration cannot be completed over the telephone.
2. Do I Need to Register My Product?
This depends on where you purchased it.
Purchased Directly from Morphy Richards
If you purchased from www.morphyrichards.co.uk, you do not need to register separately.
Your product automatically qualifies for its applicable extended warranty.
For most current appliances, this means three years of cover from the original purchase date.
Keep your order number and the email address used for your purchase so we can locate your order if you need assistance.
Purchased from Another Retailer
If you purchased from Amazon, Argos, Currys or another retailer, you must register your eligible product within 28 days of purchase to qualify for extended warranty cover.
For most appliances purchased from August 2023 onwards:
- Standard guarantee: Two years from the original purchase date.
- Extended guarantee: Three years in total when registered within 28 days and the applicable conditions are met.
You still have your standard guarantee if you don't register.
Some products have different advertised warranty periods. For full details, see Morphy Richards Warranty: Cover, Registration and Claims.
3. What Information Do I Need to Register?
Before starting, have the following ready:
- Your product code or model number.
- Your serial number, where applicable.
- The date you purchased the product.
- The retailer you purchased it from.
- Your name, email address, telephone number and address.
- Your receipt or other proof of purchase, if available.
Where Can I Find My Product Code and Serial Number?
For electrical appliances, these details are usually printed on the rating label on the base or rear of the product.
For housewares and products without a rating label, check the packaging or supplied product information.
If you cannot find the required details, contact Customer Support with a photograph of the product and any available label or packaging information.
4. Do I Need Proof of Purchase?
You don't have to upload proof of purchase when registering, but we strongly recommend it.
Uploading your receipt or invoice allows us to check the document held on your registration record if you make a warranty claim.
If you don't upload it during registration:
- You can still complete your registration.
- Keep your receipt, invoice or order confirmation safely.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim for a product purchased from another retailer.
Registering your warranty does not replace proof of purchase.
For direct Morphy Richards website purchases, we hold a record of the sale.
5. Do I Have to Join Morphy Rewards?
For eligible purchases from other retailers, you must agree to join Morphy Rewards during registration to qualify for the extended warranty.
Morphy Rewards is our loyalty programme, which allows you to earn points towards future purchases.
You can opt out of the programme at any time.
Your standard product guarantee does not depend on joining Morphy Rewards.
You can find more information on our Morphy Rewards page.
6. What If I Can't Register My Product?
If the registration form isn't working or you haven't received a confirmation email, our separate troubleshooting guide can help.
It covers:
- The registration form not loading or submitting.
- Problems entering product details.
- Difficulties uploading proof of purchase.
- Missing registration confirmation emails.

Can I Register Any Morphy Richards Product?
Most Morphy Richards products can be registered through our website. However, some products were supplied under previous agreements with other companies and have different warranty arrangements.
These include:
- Argos: Certain microwaves and mini ovens.
- RKW Ltd: Certain housewares, including sensor bins, salt and pepper mills, and pressure cookers.
Morphy Richards now supplies these product categories directly, so where you purchased your product doesn't necessarily determine who provides the warranty.
Check the manufacturer, importer or distributor details on the product label, packaging or supplied documentation.
If you're unsure whether your product is eligible, please contact Customer Support with your product number and a photograph of the label or packaging. We'll help identify the appropriate support provider.
Can I Register a Morphy Richards Product I Received as a Gift?
If you've received a brand-new Morphy Richards product as a gift, you can register it for extended warranty cover, provided it meets the applicable warranty conditions.
For eligible products purchased from another retailer, registration must be completed within 28 days of the original purchase date, not the date you received the gift.
You'll need proof of purchase showing:
- The date of purchase.
- The product purchased.
- The retailer it was purchased from.
If the product was purchased directly from morphyrichards.co.uk, separate registration isn't required.
Keep the original receipt or order confirmation, as proof of purchase will be required if you make a warranty claim.
8. Do I Need to Register a Warranty Replacement?
No. You don't need to register a replacement product supplied under warranty.
A warranty replacement remains covered until the original product's warranty expiry date.
Receiving a replacement doesn't start a new warranty period.
Can I Register a Second-Hand Morphy Richards Product?
No. Morphy Richards manufacturer's warranties are not transferable to another owner.
If you've purchased or received a second-hand Morphy Richards product, you cannot register it for warranty cover or transfer any remaining manufacturer's warranty from the original purchaser.
Purchasing a second-hand product also does not start a new manufacturer's warranty period.
If you purchased the item second-hand from a business, you may have statutory consumer rights against that seller. These rights are separate from the Morphy Richards manufacturer's warranty.
9. Need Help with a Faulty Product?
If you've already registered your product and need assistance with a fault, you don't need to register again.
Please use our Warranty Support Form.
Include your product details, purchase information and a description of the issue. Our team will review the information and advise on the next steps.
For further information, see How to Make a Morphy Richards Warranty Claim.
Your warranty is additional to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
