If your Morphy Richards order hasn't arrived when expected, the first step is to check your delivery tracking information.
Occasional courier delays can happen, but this doesn't necessarily mean your parcel is lost. Your tracking status will help you understand whether your order is still progressing through the delivery network or may need further investigation.
How Do I Check My Delivery Status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
To check your delivery:
- Visit our Track My Order service.
- Enter the requested order or tracking details.
- Check the latest tracking status, delivery updates and estimated delivery date.
If your order is being delivered by DPD, you can also follow our DPD Tracking Guide.
What If My Parcel Is Delayed but Tracking Is Still Updating?
If your tracking shows that your parcel is moving through the courier's delivery network and new updates are appearing, your delivery is still progressing.
Delays can occasionally occur due to courier processing, transport disruption or increased parcel volumes.
If tracking is continuing to update, please monitor your delivery information and allow the courier time to complete the delivery.
There is usually no need to contact our Customer Support team solely because the estimated delivery date has changed while your parcel is progressing normally.
What If My Tracking Hasn't Updated for Four Days?
If your parcel's tracking information has shown no movement or new updates for four consecutive days, we can investigate the delay.
Before contacting us, please check the latest tracking information to confirm when the last update was recorded.
If there have been no updates for four consecutive days, please contact our Customer Support team.
For security and order verification, you must contact us using the same email address provided when placing your order.
Please include:
- Your Morphy Richards order number.
- Your parcel tracking number, if available.
- The date of the last tracking update.
- A brief description of the issue.
We'll review the information and, where necessary, raise an investigation with the courier to establish the parcel's whereabouts.
Please note: Four days without tracking updates does not automatically mean your parcel has been lost. It means further investigation may be required.
When Is a Parcel Considered Lost?
A delayed parcel is not necessarily a lost parcel.
If tracking has stopped updating, the courier may need to investigate the shipment to determine whether it's delayed, misplaced or unable to be located.
We'll review the available tracking information and any findings from the courier before determining the appropriate resolution.
There is no automatic refund or replacement simply because a parcel has missed its estimated delivery date.
What Happens If My Parcel Is Confirmed Lost?
If an investigation establishes that your parcel has been lost, we'll review the appropriate resolution in accordance with your order and applicable consumer rights.
Depending on the circumstances, this may involve arranging a replacement or refund.
We'll explain the next steps once the investigation has been completed.
What If My Parcel Shows as Delivered but I Haven't Received It?
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, this requires a different set of checks.
Please visit our Delivery Problems & Solutions section for guidance on parcels marked as delivered but not received.
