Please follow the steps below so we can work with the delivery company to investigate your case quickly and fairly.
Step 1: Check Around Your Property and with Neighbours
Before contacting us, please take a moment to thoroughly check:
Your front door, porch, garage, shed, or any designated safe place
Behind bins, planters, or side entrances
With neighbours or building reception/concierge, if applicable
Couriers may sometimes leave parcels in a safe location or with a nearby neighbour without leaving a calling card.
Step 2: Review Your Delivery Confirmation & Tracking Details
Check your tracking email or notification carefully. This may include:
A delivery time and date
A photo showing where the parcel was left
A signature or GPS delivery location
These details can sometimes help identify where the parcel has been delivered.
Step 3: Contact Morphy Richards Customer Support
If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible by completing our online contact form.
When getting in touch, please provide:
Your order number
Full delivery address
Tracking details
Confirmation that the parcel has not been received
Any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots or photos)
⚠️ Important: Claims for parcels marked as delivered must be reported within 10 days of the dispatch date. Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation.
Step 4: Courier Investigation & Recipient Declaration (If Required)
Once your report is received, we’ll raise the issue with the delivery company. In some cases, if the courier believes the parcel was successfully delivered, they may require the intended recipient to complete a “non-receipt” or “denial of receipt” declaration.
If this is required:
The courier will send a declaration letter directly to you
You must sign and return the form using the prepaid envelope provided
You’ll have 14 days to return the completed declaration
We’ll be notified once the courier receives your response, or if the 14-day period expires.
⏳ Please note: We’re unable to resolve the claim (refund or replacement) until this process has been completed and the courier has confirmed the outcome of their investigation.
If the declaration is not returned within the required timeframe, the courier may decline the claim.
Step 5: Resolution
Once the courier investigation is complete, and all required documentation has been returned, Morphy Richards will review the outcome and arrange either:
A replacement item, or
A refund
This will be done in line with the courier’s findings and our internal policies.
