How Do I Join Morphy Rewards?
Joining Morphy Rewards is free.
- Visit the Morphy Rewards page.
- Follow the instructions to join or sign in to your customer account.
- Complete any required account details.
- Once enrolled, you can view the rewards available to you and participate in eligible activities.
If you already have a Morphy Richards customer account, use the sign-in option provided on the Rewards page.
How Do I Earn Morphy Rewards Points?
Members can earn points through qualifying purchases and selected promotional activities.
The number of points awarded and the activities that qualify depend on the current Rewards programme rules.
Check your Rewards account for available ways to earn points and any applicable conditions.
How Do I Redeem My Rewards Points?
You can exchange eligible points for available rewards through your Rewards account.
- Sign in through the Morphy Rewards page.
- Check your available points and rewards.
- Select an eligible reward and follow the redemption instructions.
- If you're given a discount code, apply it at checkout before completing your purchase.
Rewards vouchers are subject to minimum spend requirements and product exclusions.

Do I Need to Join Morphy Rewards to Extend My Warranty?
This depends on where you purchased your product.
Purchased Directly from Morphy Richards
If you purchased your appliance directly from morphyrichards.co.uk, your product automatically qualifies for its applicable extended warranty.
You do not need to join Morphy Rewards or register your product separately to activate that cover.
For most current appliances, this means three years of warranty from the original purchase date, although some products have different advertised warranty periods.
Purchased from Another Retailer
If you purchased an eligible appliance from another retailer, such as Amazon, Argos or B&M, you must register it within 28 days of purchase and agree to join Morphy Rewards during registration to qualify for the applicable extended warranty.
For most appliances purchased from August 2023 onwards:
- Standard warranty: Two years from the original purchase date.
- Extended warranty: Three years in total when the applicable registration requirements are met.
Some products have different advertised warranty periods.
Your standard warranty does not depend on joining Morphy Rewards.

Yes. There is no charge to join Morphy Rewards.
Can I Opt Out of Morphy Rewards?
Yes. You can opt out of the Rewards programme.
