If your Morphy Richards breadmaker stops during a programme, it may be due to power interruptions, programme settings, or normal cycle pauses.
Breadmaker programmes include several stages such as kneading, rising, and baking, and brief pauses can be part of normal operation.
Check for Power Interruptions
If the power supply is interrupted, the breadmaker may stop running.
Check that:
The appliance is still plugged in securely
The power socket is working correctly
If the power was interrupted, you may need to restart the programme.
Normal Programme Pauses
Some programmes include short pauses between stages, particularly between kneading and rising cycles.
These pauses allow the dough to rest and develop properly. The machine should resume automatically.
Programme Was Stopped Accidentally
The programme may stop if the Start/Stop button is pressed or held.
Check the display to confirm whether the programme is still active.
