Looking for a replacement component or repair service for your Morphy Richards appliance?
We supply selected spare parts and accessories, but we do not supply internal electrical or mechanical components or offer an appliance repair service.
Here's what you need to know.
1. Can I Buy Internal Replacement Parts?
No. We do not supply internal replacement components for Morphy Richards appliances.
This includes:
- Heating elements and motors.
- Circuit boards and wiring.
- Internal switches, buttons, cogs and gears.
- Internal blades and iron soleplates.
These components are not supplied separately because our appliances are not designed for customer replacement of internal parts.
We do not recommend dismantling or attempting to repair internal electrical components yourself.
2. Does Morphy Richards Offer Repairs?
No. Morphy Richards does not currently offer an appliance repair service.
If your appliance isn't working correctly:
- Visit our Product Support & Troubleshooting guides for help identifying and resolving common problems.
- If your appliance is within its warranty period, contact Customer Support so we can assess the issue.
Warranty assistance is subject to the applicable warranty terms and proof-of-purchase requirements.
3. What Spare Parts Can I Buy?
We sell selected external spare parts and accessories for compatible Morphy Richards products, including kettle filters, slow cooker pots and lids, breadmaker pans and water tanks.
Availability depends on the product model.

Before purchasing, check the compatible model numbers in the spare part's product description.
