Registration helps us support you faster if something goes wrong and also extends your standard two-year warranty by an additional year. Please ensure your product is registered within 28 days of purchase to qualify for the extended warranty and full benefits.
What if I’m having problems registering my product?
If you encounter issues while registering:
- Make sure all required fields are filled in correctly.
- Uploading your proof of purchase is not required to complete registration, but it’s advisable to keep it safe. It may be needed if you make a warranty claim in the future.
- Keep a copy of your receipt for the duration of the warranty.

What does my Morphy Richards warranty cover?
The warranty covers faults caused by defective materials or workmanship during normal domestic use.
What is not covered: Your warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:
- Fair wear and tear – normal usage over time.
- Wilful damage or misuse – intentional or improper use.
- Incorrect handling or storage – for example, dropping or storing in unsafe conditions.
- Accidents or negligence – including spills or impacts.
- Failure to follow instructions – not following the use or maintenance instructions in the manual.
- Unauthorised repairs – any attempt to repair the product without our approval.

Do I have to join the Morphy Rewards programme to extend my warranty?
Yes, to take advantage of the extra third year of warranty, you need to join the Morphy Rewards programme when registering your product.

You don’t need to join Rewards just to register your product or activate the standard two-year warranty, it’s only required if you want the extended third year.

Do I have to register a replacement appliance if my product is replaced under warranty?
No, warranty registration is non-transferable. If your product is replaced under warranty, the replacement appliance is automatically covered under your existing warranty. You don’t need to register it separately.
Can I transfer my warranty to someone else if I sell or give away my appliance?
No, warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Before making a warranty claim, we always encourage you to try our Product Troubleshooting Guides first. Many common issues can be solved quickly at home, and we’ll always do our best to help you get your appliance back up and running.
If you’ve tried troubleshooting and your product is still faulty:
- Contact our Customer Support team.
- Please provide the model and serial number (found on the rating label, usually on the bottom or back of the appliance), your proof of purchase, and a full description of the problem including any troubleshooting steps you’ve already attempted. If possible, attach photos or videos, as this can help us diagnose the issue more quickly.
Once we have this information, we may ask you to try some additional troubleshooting. If the fault is confirmed and covered under warranty, we’ll then arrange a repair or replacement as appropriate.
